For the safety of all…STOP AND CALL…before you come in for a visit if you are sick

Check-in online!

In your reminder email or text, if you see a button to “Check-in Online”, we would encourage you to do so.  You can verify your information online, making note of any address or phone changes, as well as pay your co-pay before you get to our office. This will allow us to take excellent care of you while minimizing close contact.

Closed for Labor Day

WLHC will be closed on Monday, September 2, 2019 in observance of the Labor Day holiday.  We will re-open on Tuesday morning following regular business hours.  Please check with your Integrative Practitioner for their individual hours.

NEW: Podcast – “The Couch”

couch_front-700x525The Couch- Where marriage counselors have conversations about relationships

Whole Life Healthcare practitioners recognize the impact that relationship distress can have on overall health. Our own Naomi Rather, psychotherapist, is now certified in EFT, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. This is the most successful research-based model for couples therapy available currently.

Naomi and Deb Curtis, a Newburyport-based Social Worker, have teamed to form Seacoast EFT. Their website, www.seacoast-eft.com offers a vast array of resources for couples, with blogs, handouts, book ideas and a find-a-therapist page. Their podcast, The Couch, is a delightfully informative series of conversations about relationships, where they share what they’ve learned over decades of working with couples. The podcast is available for free on iTunes
