This weekend, we celebrate the dedication of hardworking individuals everywhere—including our very own Family Practice and Integrative teams. As you celebrate, remember to take some well-deserved time to recharge your physical and mental health!
The Family Practice will be closed on Monday, September 7, 2026, so our team can spend time with their families.
We will return on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 for our normal business hours. 8 am – 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm – 5 pm. Phones go on at 9am. Leave us a message if you’re calling before 9.
If you need care while we are closed:
- For immediate life-threatening emergencies, please call 911
- For care needed over the weekend, please go to your in-network Urgent Care or closest Hospital Emergency Department
- The Family Practice provides On-call Nurse Service for its Patients. The service is available after business hours and on holidays. You can reach the Nurse On-Call by calling 603-431-6677, Option 4.
- You can also message us securely via the patient portal for non-urgent matters and we will reply within 4 business days. For multiple concerns, please call the office for an appointment. Feel free to leave a message.
