Our Primary Care Providers are offering telemedicine visits.

As a result of the pandemic, Whole Life Health Care is offering telehealth (AKA telemedicine) services. We are providing video calls through athenahealth.  We can also conduct a telephone visit if you do not have video capability.

We are able to conduct many follow-up and acute visits through telemedicine.  Annual Physicals and Well Child checks will always be in-office visits.

If you are scheduled for a video visit with one of our providers, please follow the below steps:

  • To check-in for your appointment:
    • Please complete your registration through our check-in partner, Phreesia, prior to your appointment.
    • You will receive a text and email to complete your check-in.
    • Please pay your copay during your online check-in.
  • To access the video:
    • Click on the link you received by text or email
    • Alternately, if you are in the patient portal, click on “Home” and then click on the “Join telehealth call” in your appointment in the top, middle of the screen
    • Call our office at 603-431-6677 if you are having problems connecting.  Our phone hours are 9:00 am – 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm – 4:45 pm.
