The Family Practice provides On-call Nurse Service for its Patients. The service is available after business hours and on holidays. You can reach the Nurse On-Call by calling 603-431-6677, Option 4. If you need immediate medical attention, call 911 or go to the closest Hospital Emergency Department.
We will return on Monday, July 6, 2026 for our normal business hours. 8 am – 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm – 5 pm. Phones go on at 9am. Leave us a message if you’re calling before 9.
