Effective Thursday, April 15, 2015, the NH Department of Health & Human Services has launched NHIIS – New Hampshire Immunization Information System.  WLHC will be participating in this secure and confidential web based system.  Read more.

Prior to your appointment, you will receive an email or text to confirm your appointment and check-in online.  We encourage you to do so to allow us to take excellent care of you while minimizing close contact.  Through this system you will complete your annual paperwork, take a picture of your current insurance card, verify your information, making note of any address or phone changes, as well as pay your co-pay before you get to our office.
