Anna Pilzer, APRN

Anna Pilzer is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Primary Care with a particular interest in women’s health across the lifespan.

Anna’s medical career started out with a desire to become a midwife.  She pivoted after an internship in Guatemala taught her to seek a higher degree that would expand her love of treating the whole family.

She returned to school in New York City where her love of art, finding the best new restaurants and searching out good music flourished.  It was also where she attended a nursing program so she could begin work as an RN while exploring the city she loves.

It didn’t take long for her to head back to school for a combined Bachelor to Master’s degree in Nursing from Pace University, graduating in 2006.

Anna felt drawn to work in under served areas of NYC while learning Spanish to assist with the predominantly Hispanic population she grew to love.

In search of more greenery and less concrete, she moved back to the Seacoast, her home when she studied at UNH as an undergrad.  After her move up north, she has worked with a wide range of patients in urban settings to rural Maine.

Anna loves to travel, coach patients on living their healthiest, best life and spending time outside in all types of weather.

She lives in the Seacoast of New Hampshire with her husband, son and adored family dog, Lola.
