Kimberley Russell, APRN

Kimberly Russell, APRN is a Board Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner and provides health care services to individuals aged 12 and older.

As a Primary Care Provider (PCP) for the past nine years, she has worked in Women’s Health as both a health care provider and an advocate for many years. She graduated from the Yale School of Nursing in 2001 with an MSN, specializing in Women’s Health across the lifespan.

Kim grew up loving walks in the woods with many outdoor adventures. She studied environmental sciences and animal husbandry at Cornell University as an undergraduate. After 2 years working for the Fresh Air Fund Summer Camp and a group home for adolescent girls in New Jersey, she headed west to Colorado, where she attended Colorado State University to study forestry. With environmental issues  close to her heart, there she worked on several research projects with the Forest Service.

Living in Colorado, she initially volunteered and then began working for a Women’s Health Clinic. It was there she met and was deeply inspired by several dedicated nurse practitioners, ultimately deciding to follow their professional path.

Kimberley joins Whole Life Health Care with the philosophy and excitement of providing an integrated approach to health care to her patients. The joy of empowering people in their own health journey, promoting wellness, ultimately improving the quality of life brings Kim great satisfaction.

Kim enjoys sharing the great beauty of the seacoast with her husband and son and a small menagerie of animals in Maine.
