This tranquil energy reduces stress, promotes deep relaxation, relieves pain, and restores balance in the body, mind, and spirit. Reiki works with the body’s innate ability to help heal itself. After a Reiki session many people experience profound relaxation, warmth, and peacefulness which decreases stress, (the #1 cause of illness).
