Our phone hours are:
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 12:30 pm and 1:45 pm – 4:45 pm
- During Special Hours of Operation, the phones will go to service 15 minutes before we close for the day.
Our office hours are:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm – 5:00 pm
The Family Practice provides On-call Nurse Service for its Patients.
The service is available after normal business hours.
