- Eight Weeks of Classes starting on September 25, 2019 through November 13, 2019
- Six Hour Saturday Mindfulness Retreat on Saturday, October 19, 2019 from 9 am – 4 pm
Daytime Program
- Orientation: Wednesday, September 19, 2019
- Wednesdays from 9 am – 11:30 am
- Eight Weeks of Classes starting on September 26, 2019 through November 14, 2019
- Six Hour Saturday Mindfulness Retreat on Saturday, October 19, 2019 from 9 am – 4 pm
