Are you looking for support on your path through sobriety? Join others in a safe environment to develop supports in your life to keep you on track toward your goals.
It is never too late to start from scratch. It is never too late to create the life you want to live.
Our Sober Yogis Challenge is a eight-week yoga challenge combined with weekly group therapy sessions. Participants of all ages and levels of fitness who are in sobriety and seeking supports to achieve or maintain sobriety may participate.
Individuals who complete five yoga classes and one group therapy session each week for six weeks will receive their next month of unlimited yoga free to continue their progress after the challenge is over.
Mindfulness practices have gained notoriety in recent years for their ability to assist individuals in recovery with retaining their sobriety. This challenge works to blend traditional therapeutic practices with Eastern mindfulness techniques to attain successful autonomy from chemical dependence.
Participation in the program is confidential.
All levels of health, fitness and recovery welcome.
Cost to participate:
•Unlimited yoga for 8 weeks: $200
•Group therapy will be billed through accepted insurance ($40 per session) or out of pocket. Sliding scale rates available for those who do not have insurance.
