- Eight Weeks of Classes starting on April 30, 2019 through June 16th, 2019
- Six Hour Saturday Mindfulness Retreat on Saturday, June 1, 2019 from 9 am – 4 pm
Daytime Program
- Orientation: Wednesday, April 24, 2019
- Wednesdays from 9 am – 11:30 am
- Eight Weeks of Classes starting on May 1, 2019 through June 19th, 2019
- Six Hour Saturday Mindfulness Retreat on Saturday, June 1, 2019 from 9 am – 4 pm
