WLHC and Family Doula Care invite you to gather in a tranquil setting to enjoy a cup of tea and discuss postpartum issues in a safe, nurturing, nonjudgmental environment and connect with other mothers.
We will address wonderful topics such as sleep (both yours and the babies), stress reduction techniques, mom and baby wellness, body image issues, breast and bottle feeding, staying at home or working outside the home.
First Drop-In FREE
$5 suggested donation thereafter
Cash, check and credit cards accepted
Open to Mom's and their infants, up to 6 months old
