Sport and Spine Physical Therapy opened its doors in January 2004 as a result of Dr. Christopher Campbell's vision of creating a physical therapy practice that provides highly individualized patient treatment in a caring setting that focuses on getting results. Their primary goal is to relieve pain, improve movement and restore functioning.
