Travis Palmer leaving WLHC

Whole Life Health Care would like to wish Travis Palmer all the best in his new endeavors.

Following is his message to the patients he has cared for during his time at WLHC:

February 23, 2023

To My Dear Patients,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I will be leaving my post and no longer seeing patients at Whole Life Health Care after March 14, 2023.

I will be taking a new opportunity as the nurse practitioner for the homeless primary care team with the VA in Manchester.  While I am very excited for this new position, I am also heavy-hearted to be leaving the role as your primary care provider.  It has been an absolute privilege to have served and gotten to know you and your families and I cannot thank you enough for placing your trust in me to provide your health care over the past 5 years.

I am confident that you will continue to find excellent, compassionate care with any of our other PCP’s at Whole Life Health Care and would certainly encourage you to remain at this practice.  Please contact our office for any questions or rescheduling concerns.

To your health,

Travis Palmer, APRN
