Our Primary Care Providers are now offering telemedicine visits.

Governor Sununu signed an Emergency Order on March 18, 2020, providing a Temporary expansion of access to Telehealth Services to protect the public and health care providers.  

As a result of this order, Whole Life Health Care is now offering telehealth (AKA telemedicine) services. We are providing video calls through  Should a patient not have video capability, we are able to conduct the visit over the phone, if appropriate for the type of visit scheduled.

We are able to conduct many follow-up and acute visits through telemedicine.  Annual Physicals and Well Child checks are still in-office visits.

If you are scheduled for a video visit with one of our providers, please follow the below steps to connect to

  • Log into the patient portal and click the blue “Prepare Now” button in your appointment to check-in online.
    • Please pay your copay online.
  • If this is the first time you are using, log on at least 15 minutes ahead of time to ensure you can connect.
  • You are able to use on your smart phone or a computer.
    • Please log onto from Google Chrome if using a PC/Android or Safari if using a MAC/iPhone
  • Click on the link below to enter the “virtual exam room” and wait for your provider. 
  • You will be prompted to allow access to your camera and microphone once you’ve entered the “virtual exam room”.  Please allow access or the video call cannot take place.
  • Call our office at 603-431-6677 if you are having problems connecting.  Our phone hours are 9:00 am – 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm – 4:45 pm.
