Come with a business card if you would like to participate in a service swap – throw your card in the “box” to offer your service and pull out a card for yourself to receive someone else’s service.
The WELL is a Facebook group, a gathering place of like-minded wellness advocates to connect, listen, learn and share.

For those unfamiliar with the WELL, it is a Facebook group that strives to meet monthly. The WELL stands for many things. Perhaps it is simply a meeting place of wellness advocates. It could also stand for Wellness Entrepreneurs Listening & Learning. Or maybe a well of knowledge. A modern-day water cooler type of connection, a place to fill and replenish our social/emotional buckets. But our personal favorite is that The WELL represents a place to share Wisdom, Energy, Light and Love.
