Yoga for your mind: Offering self compassion – Backbends

Build physical and emotional resiliency through mindful movement.

During the months of October, November, and December, Carli will be offering 75-minute all-levels yoga classes at Whole Life Health Care.

In these classes, there will be exploration of the way our thoughts and emotional experiences affect our bodies, and the ways we can learn to respond. During each class, you will be lead through meditation and gentle breath work in addition to the physical asana practice.  Each class will focus intentional energy on opening up specific areas of the body and encouraging new emotional areas of growth.

  • October 14th: Releasing limiting beliefs – Spinal Twists
  • November 4th: Exploring your strength – Standing Postures
  • December 9th: Offering self-compassion – Backbends

Students are encouraged to attend all three classes if possible, as postures and skills will be cumulative.

Cost:   $35 – Full series
$18 – Single class

Pre-registration is required as space is limited.
No previous yoga experience required!
